My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, the overall cleanliness of the rooms and dining experience left much to be desired. I appreciated the room upgrade to a garden view, but the lack of deep cleaning and the poor breakfast service were disappointing. Overall, it felt like I was paying more for what I received, especially for the breakfast options, which were not worth the extra charge.
